Star Hand Brushes
We have been thrilled with the performance of the Star 70mm roto-brushes using their propriatary bristle material, so why not offer them in hand brush versions.
They are nicely sized to feel comortable for most hand sizes, and the slight groove on the side provided a more secure grip. Comfort and security are not just nice, they reduce fatigue - important when one accepts that hand brushing requires more pressure and duration.
Gold Nylon Pro. The bristles are finer than most nylon brushes but relatively stiff. This makes a great polishing brush for the final finish of a hot wax, and is still soft enough to use after liquid glide waxes.
Unicorn Pro Hair Brush. Possibly the best horsehair brush one can have. Very stiff bristles are effective even on Green/Polar type hot waxes, and the finer bristles cleans out structure well. For those who are nervous about using steel brushes on their ski bases but find most horsehair isn’t fully capable, look no further. You need this brush. Also good to use when liquid wax layers get too thick or contaminated; a bit of scrubbing with this brush and your skis will be magically transformed and ready for a new liquid wax layer. Because, Unicorns are magical.
Steel Pro. Could this be the best answer to the hard-to-find RC Gold brush? We think so. Extremely fine bristles are tightly bunched, and the bristle length tones down how aggressive the brush could have been. Expensive, but possibly so useful for both cleaning and initial use after hot waxing that you will want two of them.
