In an era with fantastic new developments in non-fluorinated grip waxes - the "VP's", "N-series", "Topline", "Pure", this holdover from an ancient ski era is still the first to test when new or falling snow approaches zero. If it works you could go with it or continue to test against other waxes to find small increments of performance. If it isn't gripping at all you'll be on a desperate hunt for something that will work . Lots of luck!
